In the quiet of my workshop, LENORA slowly came to life with patience and meticulous effort.
She was carefully customized from an Icy doll. Many hours of dedicated work went into her transformation, which included the following handcrafted details:
- Sanding of the faceplate and backplate to remove the original makeup and shine.
- Carving of the lips, tear ducts, nasolabial folds, philtrum, and chin.
- Sculpting of the lower eye area, nose, ears, teeth, and tongue.
- Makeup and facial/body shading using high-quality pastels and watercolor pencils.
- Eyelids and backplate decorated with high-quality pastels and acrylics.
- Sealed with multiple layers of high-quality protective varnish.
- Hand-sewn, wire-articulated plush wings, shaped and molded manually.
- YMY22 articulated body (similar to Ob22), allowing for greater posing and expression.
- Addition of a sturdy metallic neck joint to improve head articulation.
- Realistic eyelashes in pastel pink with fuchsia tips.
- Replacement of original eye chips with four pairs of handmade, more realistic eyes (two of them in 3D).
- Eyelid and gaze correction (elevation of both). And sleepy eyes.
- New pull strings, uniquely decorated with glass, ceramic, and metal beads.
- Hair treated, cut, and styled (although not clearly visible in the photos, it is pastel pink with soft white highlights).
Lenora will be delivered wearing the same outfit shown in the photographs.
She will be beautifully packaged in a sturdy box to ensure she arrives safely and ready to enchant.
